I went thru 2 contractors who kept delaying the process with false promises. David did not give up on me. He called and followed up all the time. Finally was able to finish the process with my third contractor. We started the process in September. Finally finished Moarch of this year. David is excellent.

Once the loan is approved, the closing process begins. Our closing department prepares closing documents and sends closing instructions to the title agent.
